I have worked in accounting industry for may be 5 years and now thinking to change to marketing- possably marketing communication or strategy? is there any jobs in marketing that similar to accounting? i dont know where to start and hwo to approach it as i dont have experience in this area … any suggestions and advices would be mostly appreciated.thanks.
I am using Busywin accounting software from long time. I created 2 user account one as admin and other normal user. I was using normal account and now I am forgot admin password.
How I can recover admin password. Company charge Rs. 450 for resetting password but I have to send them database which I don’t want to give to anyone.
Any solution of resetting password on my own. I know the database password.
I post credit card transaction to Quickbooks, I file all payroll documents. My hr manager is such a d**** he is always saying you are just the receptionist and I know you want to progress to something else but seems to me mailing and completing certified payrolls, posting in Quickbooks , filing accountant documents I need a pay raise because looks to me these are administrative assistant duties not RECEPTIONIST what should I do?

I am exploring a possible career change and think forensic accounting would be interesting. What additional education or training would I need? I am currently located in CT.
I am graduating in December with a Bachelor’s of Sceience in Accounting, and am looking for full-time employment somewhere near a good grad school. I have internship experience with internal auditing, and am currently a part-time staff accountant. I love my job, but I would just like to move somewhere with a better university for grad school. I also planning on taking the CPA once I get enough credits in grad school.
What I mean to say is do I need to have a lawyer help me plan my estate? Couldn’t an accountant do the same job ie. writing up a will, handling money, assets, investments, and so on?
Do you have to have a lawyer do it, or can a cpa do it to?
I’m only a freshmen in college right now and I’m double majoring in finance and accounting. I was wondering how I can better prepare myself for a career in that field. Should I read some books or try to get hands on experienced. I’m looking to be a CPA or an Investment/Financial Analyst so how do I prepare for that. Any information you guys can give will help. I’m an accounting student living on the east coast but I am thinking about moving to Hawaii so my question is when does the recruiting season start over there? Here up north the big 4 start accepting resumes in september and conduct on campus interviews during october (generally). Any help/tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
